We recommend cleaning your filters every 6 months. Optimum cleaning schedule is October and April. That way they will be cleaned before and after swim season. (If the customer does not maintain at least once a year filter cleaning schedule we can not service the pool)

As part of our weekly service package, Once a month we will perform a sand filter backwash. If the filter maintains 30psi and above after backwashing than it will be time to replace you sand.

D.E. Filters require “recharging” the filters with Diatomaceous Earth after the filter cleaning is finished. There will be a small fee included for this service on top of the filter cleaning.

We charge $100 for filter cleanings. This includes bringing the filters out to the street to clean them (As HOA Permits). Inspecting the filters for any damage or tears. Cleaning inside the filter housing. Inspecting the filter o-ring. And reassembling everything so that your pool is ready for more swimming!
